1. Attend an Open House or schedule a tour (new families)

2. Submit the completed online application by January 31, 2025 in FACTS

3. Submit the required documents by January 31, 2025

2024

Tuesday, August 27 – First Day of School 
Thursday, October 17 – Open House 9:00 am – 10:30
Friday, November 1 – Application Portal Opens in FACTS
Thursday, November 7 – Open House 9:00 am – 10:30
Friday, November 22 – Sibling Application Deadline in FACTS (and financial aid applications due for current families)

2025

January 13 to 17 – Sibling Applicant Assessments

January 13 -to 24 – Re-enrollment Period for Current Students

Thursday, January 23 – Open House 9 – 10:30 am

Friday, January 24 – Re-enrollment Deadline for Current Students

Friday, January 31 – Sibling Applicant Decisions Mailed

Friday, January 31 – New Student Application Deadline in FACTS

January 31 – Current Family Financial Aid Deadline (through Clarity)

February 10 to 14 – Prek, Kindergarten, 1st Assessments

February 17 to 21 – 2nd through 7th Assessments of Applicants

Friday, March 7 – Prek – 7th applicant decisions mailed

Priority Consideration

Priority consideration does not guarantee a spot and applicants are generally considered in the following order:

• Siblings of current Holy Trinity School students and/or children of HTS alumni

• Active, registered, and contributing parishioners of HT and ADW parishes

• Non-Catholic students
