Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking a Middle School Assistant Principal to join our faculty in the 2026-27 school year.
Position Overview
Jesuit Elementary Catholic School seeks a mission-driven and collaborative educational leader to serve as Assistant Principal for grades 5–8. The Assistant Principal (AP) – located in the Upper School building – is the primary administrative leader of the Upper School (US) and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Upper School. The AP will serve as the primary point of contact for US parents and the primary support for US teachers. The Assistant Principal partners with the Principal and school administrative team, faculty, and staff, to advance academic excellence, strengthen Catholic identity, and uphold the Jesuit mission of the school. This leader will provide instructional leadership, faculty mentorship, and active participation in the faith life of the school community.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Develop and manage the master class schedule for grades 5–8
Create and coordinate faculty duty schedules
Ensure effective course alignment and instructional continuity
Serve as lead point of contact for standardized testing
Ensures timely and accurate production of student report cards and progress reports, including electronic posting of assignments and grades
All administrators in the building are expected to teach at least one section of a course, which will be determined in consultation with the candidate.
Faculty Support & Mentorship
Mentor and support Upper School teachers through coaching, classroom observation, and professional growth initiatives
Assist in teacher evaluation and professional development planning
Foster a collaborative, mission-centered faculty culture
Assist in hiring Upper School faculty
Curriculum Oversight
Provide leadership and oversight for the school’s mathematics curriculum
Ensure alignment with diocesan standards and best instructional practices
Lead curriculum review, assessment analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
Faith Leadership & Catholic Identity
Serve as an active leader in the Catholic faith life of the school
Participate in and help coordinate school Masses, prayer services, retreats, and other faith experiences
Support the integration of Catholic and Jesuit values throughout the academic program
Student Life & Administration
Support student discipline and formation in alignment with Catholic values
Promote a safe, structured, and faith-filled learning environment
Assist the Principal and Lower School Assistant Principal in daily operations and strategic initiatives, including standing in for the principal as needed should the principal be unavailable
Under the direction of the principal, coordinates emergency drills in the Upper School building and ensures Emergency routes are posted and US faculty and staff have a clear understanding of procedures
Serves as primary point of Administrative contact for technology, especially as related to standardized testing
Parish and Community Engagement
Serve, as needed, on parish-wide committees and initiatives
Assist in admissions, marketing, development, and other school-wide initiatives
Collaborate with school and parish leadership to strengthen community engagement
Serve on safety and security leadership team for all school initiatives
Qualifications
Practicing Catholic committed to Jesuit educational values
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred
Administrative certification (or eligibility) preferred
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience; middle school experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Full-time, 12 month position
Salary begins at $85,000 annually and is then commensurate with experience

Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking an Elementary and Middle School Librarian to join our faculty for the 2026-27 school year. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. In this role, the librarian supports students in becoming thoughtful readers, ethical researchers, and lifelong learners.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain, develop, and curate a diverse and inclusive library collection
Foster a love of reading through engaging read-alouds and library lessons for students ages 4–11, nurturing wonder, reflection, and joy in reading
Design and lead library instruction that supports critical thinking and reflection, encouraging students to ask meaningful questions and make connections across disciplines for grades PreK-8
Introduce, teach, and maintain age-appropriate research tools and practices for students in grades 4–8, emphasizing critical thinking, ethical use of information, and digital citizenship
Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into classroom instruction and interdisciplinary projects
Promote habits of reflection, discernment, and responsibility in students’ use of information and media
Organize, catalog, and maintain library systems and materials to ensure accessibility and effective use
Create an engaging library environment where all students are where all students are welcome
Qualifications and Position details
Degree in Library Science or a related field preferred
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
Passion for children’s and young adult literature, literacy development, and research instruction
Ability to collaborate joyfully and effectively in a mission-driven school community
Full-time, 10 month position
Compensation begins at $52,000 annually and is then commensurate with experience.

Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking an Elementary School GradesHomeroom teacher, specializing in either Math/Science to join our faculty for the 2026-27 school year. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Build relationships with students all day (joyful, age-appropriate sense of humor is required)
Collaborate with all members of the grade-level team and instructional support team, implementing the established curriculum while also maintaining flexibility
The candidate will teach ELA daily.
Utilize Standardized Test scores and other forms of assessment to adjust lesson plans and inform instruction.
Create a classroom that is learner based, including lessons planning and delivery, activities, space, and assessment
Inform classroom and teaching with Catholic, Jesuit values including prayer, kindness, justice, and compassion.

Rooted in the Jesuit tradition of cura personalis and service to others, this role partners closely with school leadership, families, and the broader community to foster a culture of generosity and mission-driven engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage the school’s Annual Fund, supporting initiatives that sustain academic excellence, faith formation, and access for all students
Plan and support additional fundraising efforts throughout the school year
Serve as the primary liaison to the Home and School Association (HSA) for fundraising and community-building events
Collaborate with school and Parish leadership to ensure development efforts reflect and strengthen the school’s Jesuit Catholic identity and mission
Promote a spirit of stewardship, gratitude, and partnership within the school community
Assist with donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship initiatives
Maintain accurate records, reports, and data related to fundraising activities
Support special events and mission-focused initiatives as needed
Qualifications

Experience in development, fundraising, advancement, or nonprofit work preferred
