Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our staff for the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong technical,  interpersonal, and communication skills.

The System Administrator at Holy Trinity School is responsible for the efficient operation of the school’s technology infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software, providing technical support to faculty and staff, and ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for all technology-related issues, including hardware, software, network, and AV problems.
• System Management: Manage and maintain various software and hardware systems, including student information systems (SIS), mobile device management (MDM), and single sign-on (SSO) platforms.
• Hardware Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, including computers, servers, printers, and audio/visual equipment.
• Software Management: Manage software updates, security patches, and installations.
• Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect the IT systems and data.
• Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of systems and procedures.
• Training: Provide training to faculty and staff on how to use technology effectively.
• Project Management: Participate in technical research and development and manage systems-related projects.
• Building Security monitoring: Maintain building security system in consultation with the Parish team, respond to requests for video footage as needed from School Administration

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of LAN network design and installation
• Knowledge of network hardware and software applications including network servers, printers, and other equipment
• Ability to work with multiple operating systems and network protocols
• Ability to analyze and resolve computer network problems
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience:

• 3 years experience in IT, preferably in a school environment
• Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF, and Microsoft Teams/Intune preferred
