Middle School Mathematics Teacher

Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking a Middle School Mathematics Teacher, grades 5 through 8, to join our faculty for the 2024-2025 school year.  The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Build relationships with students all day (joyful, age-appropriate sense of humor is required)
  • Collaborate with all members of the grade-level team and instructional support team, implementing the established curriculum while also maintaining flexibility 
  • The candidate will teach Mathematics daily. 
  • Utilize Standardized Test scores and other forms of assessment to adjust lesson plans and inform instruction.
  • Create a classroom that is learner based, including lessons planning and delivery, activities, space, and assessment
  • Inform classroom and teaching with Catholic, Jesuit values including prayer, kindness, justice, and compassion.
  • Other school team-member responsibilities include assistance with lunch, dismissal, and other community gathering duties.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, familiarity with Eureka Math or Desmos curriculum considered a plus
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Patience and ability to relate well to 10-14 year old students

Elementary Grades Homeroom Teacher

Upper School Music Teacher

Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, seeks to hire a part-time, Upper School (grades 5th through 8th) Music Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include planning and delivering developmentally appropriate music lessons and activities. After School Coordinator

The After School Coordinator works 20 hours a week. This could work well for a graduate student or anyone who was able to work half time. It includes managing our robust after school clubs, hiring part-timers to work 3 – 6 pm most school days, ordering and distributing snacks from Costco (via delivery), relaying news to parents through the school’s weekly newsletter, ordering/managing pizza on early dismissal days and more. Receptionist/Database Coordinator

The Upper School Receptionist/Database Coordinator works in the main office to support the Principal and staff in a variety of ways. The Coordinator greets students, teachers and visitors in a pleasant and efficient manner. The Coordinator handles the day-to-day maintenance of the school’s digital records (attendance, producing quarterly report cards, updating records in student directory, and billing). This role manages staff parking and various school projects, as determined by the Principal. The Coordinator also handles all incoming communication via telephone or email, as well as the remote monitoring of the outside doors in the Upper School.
