Holy Trinity School is a Catholic elementary school in the District's Georgetown neighborhood, just blocks from Georgetown University. It's also one of the oldest organizations to make the Top Workplaces list: Holy Trinity was founded in 1818, and by some estimates is the oldest elementary school still operating in the nation's capital. The teachers at Holy Trinity describe a collaborative, supportive atmosphere that is singularly focused on the kids. "I work in an environment of positive light where each are trying to do their best to advance the whole," one employee said in a survey. "This is a team of people who are sincerely devoted to the children's wellbeing and growth."
